Has anyone heard of using “Horse Serum” for rheumatoid arthritis ?

I read that Lucille Ball had RA and it was used on her many years ago. I assume it’s an old remedy. Is it still available in any form ?

lucille ball and rheumatoid arthritis what is this horse serum she took?

I can find much other than she took it .Also found that the horse is injected with pregnant pig blood just curious what happened with this was in dangerous or something?
