My doctor wishes to place me on an oral Chemo for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. How dangerous is this?

My doctor suggested taken tamoxifen which to me is not even a consideration….. I don’t like the idea of chemo low dose or note. ( does the risk out weigh the benefits? )
