Rheumatoid Arthritis Treatment

i found out in nov that i have it. trying to grin and bear the flair ups. and taking my meds every night at the same time, so my hands dont decide to hurt and swell, and my feet dont decide they dont want to be walked on. anybody with experience with this? please?

I got diagnosed about 2 or 3 weeks ago,and im so scared about the long term effects. Does everyone who has this disease end up disabled of deformed? Can disabilities be prevented by taking good care of yourself or no matter what it will happen? Any other information you think is helpful,thanks
Fortunately I have mild joint paint and a mild case of it.

My test was NEGATIVE for anti nuclear antibody and 40 u/ml for cyclic citrullinated peptide. Do I definitely have RA?

Two days after that my blood test result for parvovirus came positive. I am above range. I have 4.24 and the normal is 1.11. I also have cartilage damage under my kneecap in my right knee which i have been getting treated for the last four months. Could parvovirus cause cartilage damage under my knee cap ( patellofemoral chondromalacia syndrome).

ANA test came back positive, but Lupus panel was negative. Doc says I probably have RA and that I should see a Rheumatologist. Any information will be appreciated
