I have used prescription drugs and their side effects are worse than the symptoms they are made to relieve. Any suggestions?

A number of years ago my mother began to take apple cider vinegar for her arthritis. Granted, she had, and still has a mild case. It seemed to help the pain and swelling. She mixed 1 ounce in a glass of water and drank it once a day. As a side effect her skin cleared up. Good Luck!

I’d recommend you changing your diet.
Avoid eating butter and saturated fats.
Eat more vegetable oils (olive, canole). Eat nuts.
And also eat at least 1 time per week Fish (tuna, salmon, maccarela, or other fishes from cold water),they contain omega 3 that can help to reduce inflammation.
Or you can also try omega 3 pills but the one that contains vitamin E. Eat 3 grams (total)per day = divided in 3 times (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

I have it too and I take Zyflamend. Takes about a month to work, but once it does, you will feel much better. Available at your health food store or from vitaminshoppe.com. Contact me if you have any questions about it. Click the link:

Hi, I have got the information and I want to help you but I need to know the situation in your country: electricity is available in your area, or battery electricity is available? if available, you don’t need to have the operation, which is risky. you need 100 dollar to buy one device from China, and it works not only for this situation , also for your whole family.
